In Bangladesh, the usage of cannabis and opium is considered to be a part of their tradition. There are no local laws stating that they are illegal except for some international treaties that don’t really affect the citizens in this country.
Since there is no law to be enforced, most of the cops in this country do not care about the tourists. You will notice that the cops are very scarce and would gladly accept some baksheesh if they happen to catch you using cannabis.

There are quite a lot of places for you to visit in order to score some weed. There is a woman that you can find when you go to across the Navana tower and another one is the Dhanmondi which is a green road in a small alley. The rickshaw drivers in the country are also known for having some connections that could hook you up with what you need. You can also ask the locals but it is only normal for you to pay them once they tell help you make some connections of your own.
You can also visit places where cannabis is being cultivated like Rajshahi, Jamalpur, Naogaon, and Nerrokona which is in the north western region. There are also the districts near Cox’s Bazaar, Rangamati, Banderban and Khagrachhari. A reporter also said that you can find some cannabis on small tobacco stalls in the area.

The cannabis in Bangladesh is very abundant which explains why they are cheap. Believe it or not, you can get a gram of cannabis for just about 13 – 15 cents making a quarter of it for a dollar. However, these prices vary depending on the dealer and the area where you got it from.
You can get cannabis that is characterized as stringy, seedy and fluffy. They may not be the best out there in terms of quality but they will suffice. Most of the cannabis being sold is sun-dried and just by smoking 2 doobies, you will get surprisingly high.
